For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith —and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God — not by works, so that no one can boast.
Ephesians 2:8-9
Our Mission is to follow through
on Jesus' instructions to His disciples...
He said to them,
“Go into all the world
and preach the gospel to all creation.”

Off Right!
He lifted me out of the pit of despair,
out of the mud and the mire.
He set my feet on solid ground
and steadied me as I walked along.
He has given me a new song to sing,
a hymn of praise to our God.
Many will see what He has done
and be amazed.
They will put their trust in the LORD.
Psalm 40:2-3

Getting Ready for a New Year
“Isaiah 43:18-19 is a powerful message from God to His people, urging them to release the past (former things, old memories) because He is doing something new; He promises to create paths and life where there seems to be none (a way in the wilderness, streams in the desert), signifying new deliverance, restoration, and hope beyond past troubles. It's a call to look forward in faith, trusting God's ongoing, transformative work rather than dwelling on past failures or even past victories, which can blind people to His current blessings.”
Not bad for AI generated information. Now it is up to us to put
it into practice.
Let Go of the Past (learn from it)
Remember God is always at work doing new things
Keep your eyes open to what those new things might be.
Anticipate and participate in God’s plans
God is making a way in the wilderness. Let’s follow Him. "The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light... Therefore, go out into the world with great joy, And the grace of Bethlehem's matchless Child, The love of the God who never ceases to amaze, And the fellowship of the Spirit who never wearies, Will be with you this new year and evermore."
Amen.
Joyfully,
Marilee :)
