At DBC, we have a Children’s Church during our Worship Service.  Our children are an important part of our fellowship and they are being taught that Jesus loves them.

Do you have experience with sound equipment?  Would you like to learn?
OPEN DOOR CAFE
On Thursdays, we open our facility to anyone who would like to get a hot cup of coffee, soup, or a snack – along with great fellowship.

Once a month our church prepares an evening meal for an average of 35 people at Second Congregational Church in Newcastle.

The Lay Spiritual Visitor Program was started 10 years ago at LincolnHealth.

FOOD PANTRY
The Ecumenical Food Pantry is open every Tuesday from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.  Food is distributed at Second Congregational Church in Newcastle.

PEOPLE TO PEOPLE
People to People is a cooperative ministry that provides clothing, bedding and small kitchen items to families in our community.
 
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Each year, we participate in the OCC ministry – an outreach of Samaritan’s Purse.  For the past 10 years, we have been a “drop off” location.
